All Stars (ages 11–12)

Mon 6:45-8pm: MAC Lewisville
Weds 5:30-7pm: RYSE FB

For athletes with prior experience. These sessions focus on technique, building a foundation for healthy movement, and learning to love training with purpose.

Cost: $35 single session — or $195 for the full 6 week session

super Stars (ages 9–12)

Mon 5:30-6:30: MAC Lewisville
Tues 5:20-6:20pm: RYSE FB

New to the game? No problem. This session is designed to build confidence and teach proper movement patterns while entertaining the technical foundation in a fun-filled environment.

Cost: $30 single session- or $170 for the full 6wk program

Mini Stars (ages 5–8 • Boys & Girls Welcome)

A high-energy introduction to volleyball through movement, coordination, and play-based learning. Focus is on athletic confidence, body awareness, and having a blast while building the right habits from the start. They’re FUNdamentals for a reason!

Cost: $25 per session / $140 full 6-week session ($10 savings)

Tiny Stars (ages 2.5–5 • Boys & Girls Welcome)

“My Favorite Grown-Up & Me!” sessions
Fri 10-10:45am MAC Lewisville or
Sat 9-9:45am MAC Lewisville

This early movement class blends fun with purpose—developing coordination, balance, and motor planning through jumping, rolling, and full-body play. With a trusted adult by their side, children gain confidence in movement, body awareness, and social interaction—all in a fun, structured setting designed just for them!

Cost: $25 per session / $140 full 6-week session ($10 savings)
