All Stars (ages 11–12)

Weds 5:30–7:00 pm
For athletes with prior experience. Sessions focus on technical precision, healthy movement patterns, and learning to train with purpose.

Cost: $35 single session or $195 for 6 wk session

super Stars (ages 9–12)

Tues or Thurs 5:20–6:20 pm
New to the game? No problem! These sessions build confidence, coordination, and proper technique in a fun, supportive setting.

Cost: $30 single session or $170 for 6 wk session (1x per wk) 

Mini Stars (ages 5–8 • Boys & Girls Welcome)

Tues 4:30–5:15 pm RYSE FB • 

Sat 10:00–10:45 am (MAC Lewisville)
A high-energy introduction to volleyball through movement, coordination, and play-based learning. We focus on body awareness, athletic confidence, and FUNdamentals that last!

Cost: $25 per session | $140 full 6-week session (save $10!)

Tiny Stars (ages 2.5–5 • Boys & Girls Welcome)

“My Favorite Grown-Up & Me!” sessions
Fri 10:00-10:45 am RYSE FB • 

Sat 9:00–9:45 am (MAC Lewisville)

This early movement class blends fun with purpose — developing coordination, balance, and motor skills through jumping, rolling, and full-body play. With a trusted adult, kids gain confidence and body control in a fun, structured setting built just for them.
